Our jewelry is crafted from Sterling Silver 925 and 18-carat Gold 750. We work with natural and lab-grown diamonds, as well as with natural gemstones. According to Belgian law, each item bears two hallmarks: an alloy stamp and Elya's master stamp.

All items can be personalized with a handmade engraving. Clearly mention the names, dates, or text you'd like to have engraved.

A jewel from Elya:

Book an appointment to bring in your jewel. Repairs within the 1-year warranty period are free of charge, except in cases of clear misuse. For repairs that are no longer under warranty, please contact us in advance for a price estimate. On average, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to do repairs.

An older piece of jewelry:

Schedule an appointment or send us an email with photos so that we can decide if repair is possible. We will also provide an immediate cost estimate. On average, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to do the repairs.

We only clean jewelry from Elya.

This service is completely free. We even recommend having your jewelry checked annually. We look at settings to prevent stone loss and we check closures to avoid accidental loss. It's a small effort to give your jewelry a quick polish for renewed radiance. This takes about 15 minutes.

If your jewelry is rhodium-plated or gold-plated and the coating has worn off, we can reapply it starting at €35. Please allow 1 week for this process, provided you have scheduled an appointment in advance.

A jewel from Elya:

We offer you one free size adjustment. If you're unsure of the proper size, we recommend adjusting the size after the purchase. If you have for example, an existing ring that fits, we can measure the size in the atelier or you can measure the insight diameter of the ring at home. On average, it takes 1 week to resize your jewel.

An older piece of jewelry:

Schedule an appointment or send us an email with photos so that we can decide if resizing is possible. We will also provide an immediate cost estimate. On average, it takes 1 week to resize your jewel.

If you purchase a jewel from the gallery and wish to have it delivered, the package will be dispatched within 3 working days. If adjustments are needed, your package will be sent within 10 working days. You will receive a track and trace code to monitor your package. However, we recommend you pick up your jewel in our atelier whenever possible.

If you purchase a jewel from the Gallery and choose to pick it up in our atelier, your package will be ready for pickup within 3 working days. In case adjustments are required, your package will be ready for pickup within 10 working days. You will receive an email to schedule an appointment for the pickup.
